How It Works
A simple informational workflow: capture local notes, organize them into journals, then review the history when you need clarity.
Overview
Flowsystem supports a four-stage loop. None of the stages involve funding accounts, connecting remote wallets, depositing assets, or executing trades. Each stage is about local tracking, analysis, and record-keeping.
1. Organize local information
Begin by creating a journal space that matches how you already think about your notes.
- Name the journal clearly
- Choose starter labels that describe the kinds of activity notes you expect to write
- Decide whether you need more than one journal for separate contexts
Organization first prevents a pile of undifferentiated entries later.
2. Record activity notes
When something worth remembering happens—an observation, a maintenance remark, a personal reference—add an entry:
- Set the date
- Write a concise description
- Attach labels and optional reference fields
- Save the entry to the local journal
You are documenting information for yourself. Flowsystem does not send payment instructions or interact with private keys.
3. Review and analyze records
Return to the journal when you need context:
- Filter by label or keyword
- Scan a timeline for a chosen period
- Open summaries that count and group the notes you stored
- Compare two ranges when you want to see how your own logging changed
Analytical tools interpret your entries. They do not forecast markets or recommend investments.
4. Maintain a personal archive
Keep the journal available for ongoing record-keeping:
- Revisit older entries when reconstructing a sequence of events
- Export selected ranges for offline backup
- Retire or archive journals you no longer update without discarding their history
The archive remains an informational store of notes you chose to keep.
Practical example (non-financial)
Imagine you keep occasional notes whenever you update software related to a device wallet interface: what changed, which label you used, and a reminder to yourself. Over months, Flowsystem lets you search those remarks, see how often “maintenance” labels appear, and export a quarter’s digests for your files. The value is continuity of notes—not custody of assets.
What you will not do in Flowsystem
To keep expectations accurate, the product workflow does not include:
- Opening brokerage or exchange accounts
- Depositing or withdrawing funds
- Connecting wallets for transaction signing
- Receiving trading signals
- Requesting investment advice
Those actions belong to other kinds of products. Flowsystem stays a local analytical utility.
